1. Pole Position Challenge is free to enter and open to any resident
of Canada except employees of the Thunder Bay Chronicle Journal, The Winnipeg
Free Press, Cornerstone International, affiliated sponsors, their assignees, licensees, and members of their immediate families
living in the same household.
2. All entries must be postmarked received at the Thunder Bay Chronicle Journal , Winnipeg Free Press or Cornerstone International, no later than
Midnight May 26th 2006. Mail entries
to Pole Position Challenge c/o Chronicle-Journal 75 S. Cumberland Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7B 1A3 for Thunder Bay or Pole Position Challenge, c/o the Winnipeg
Free Press, P.O. Box 105, RPO Corydon Ave, Winnipeg Manitoba. R3M 3S3 for the Free Press entries. No responsibility
will be taken if entries or contest related correspondence are lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail or during processing.
Mailed entries with insufficient postage are void. Mailed entries received later than May
31st, 2006 are subject to disqualification regardless of postmark date.
3. Only two entries per person. More than two entries from the same
person will be disqualified.
4. No purchase necessary. Only official entry forms printed by the
Chronicle-Journal, The Winnipeg Free Press or online entry forms will
be accepted. Pole Position Challenge organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that has been incorrectly completed
or illegible to transcribe. All entries received become the property of the contest host. The participant mailing list is
occasionally made available to select companies with information on products or services, which may be of interest to you.
If you do not wish to receive the information, please check the box on the entry from that removes your information from this
list. This contest is run under the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)..
5. Drivers statistics are accumulated from May 26th, 2006 till the
final race of the contest on September 9th, 2006. All Driver statistics are considered 0 on May 26th, 2006. Statistics are
to be considered final from the day they are recovered, regardless of any subsequent changes made by any other reporting organization.
Cornerstone International will compile the statistics with or without the assistance of an outside statistical service. The
contest statistics are adjusted at the sole discretion of the contest organizer.
6. In the event of a tie for one of the weekly prizes, the prize
will be awarded to the contestant who has the best rank in the contest. If they still remain tied, a random draw will be made
to determine the winner of that prize category. In the event of a tie for any of the grand prizes at the completion of the
contest, the contestant with the most pole winner selections will be ruled the winner.
If they still remain tied, then a random draw will be made to determine the winners.
A contestant may only win once in any given prize category. In the event of a repeat winner, the prize will be awarded
to the next best ranking contestant in that prize category. Weekly prizes will be awarded starting the week that the first
contestant update is published. All prize winners will be required to provide valid Identification.
7. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutes. By entering
this contest you agree to the use of your name, address, photograph, and contest selections for publicity without compensation.
Chances of winning are dependent upon skill used in picking your team of drivers and the total number of entries received. Winners must view their name in the Chronicle Journal, The Winnipeg Free Press, and
call the appropriate number to claim their prize. Weekly and Grand prize winners will not be notified by email or by any posting
on the Cornerstone Fantasy Games website. Contest organizers, licensee's, licensers and sponsors are not responsible for any
injury incurred by a contestant as a result of winning or participating in the contest. For the purpose of awarding prizes,
it is the sole responsibility of the contestant to inform the contest organize (Cornerstone International) by July 1st 2006 of any discrepancy with his/her contest portfolio.
8. If a Driver retires,
is injured or decides not to drive in any race, no compensation will be made to anyone who has picked that driver.
9. In order to receive the extra services, including the mailed out
update, and Internet trading, you must include the appropriate administration
fee payable to “Cornerstone International”, indicate Push or Groove by checking the appropriate box on the entry
form and legibly complete the address section of the entry form including postal code. No matter which option you choose,
your first statement will confirm your team selections, the statistics to date of your team selections, a description of the
trading process, the driver id numbers, a unique contestant id number, and your trading password for access to the Internet
Service Centre. Please notify Cornerstone International in writing of any changes in address as soon as possible (send to:
Pole Position Challenge Re: Changes, P.O. Box 105 RPO Corydon Ave
Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, R3M 3S3.). Contestants who properly request the extra
services but have not received their first report by June 27th, 2006, must
inform Cornerstone International by July 1st 2006 if a replacement copy needs
to be mailed. If any entrant properly requests and pays for the extra services and is disqualified for any reason, they will
receive a full refund of their extra services fee by the method upon which they submitted their payment (paypal or cheque).
10. The extra services are optional and are not a requirement of
entry. A computer with internet access is required to use the Pole Position Challenge internet trading service centre. The
online service centre will grant access to all paid service package holders, and all holders will have access to purchase
additional Internet trades (to a limited number as Identified in the purchase window of the service centre website) as the
contest progresses.
11. The decisions of the contest organizers will be final on all
matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. Cornerstone reserves the right to change or modify
the rules and regulations or any other procedure or application during the course of the tournament.

13. Trading Rules:
Trades made up
to and including Wednesday at Midnight Central Standard Time (CST) each week, will have their drivers active for that week’s
race. Any trades made after Wednesday each week will have those drivers active for the next race. Contestants will only receive
points for the drivers when they hold them in their roster. If you trade a driver away, you do not get their future points,
nor do you get the previous points of the driver you just traded for. All time stamps relative to trade authentication are
performed by the online service centre and shall be governed under the discretion of Cornerstone International.
14. By entering this
contest you acknowledge acceptance of all contest rules and agree to be bound by them.
